Brazos River Catfish Trips begin at the scenic Tin Top Texas boat ramp, near the Tin Top Suspension Bridge, just South of Weatherford Texas. The Brazos River Fishing trip launch location in Tin Top Texas is about a little less than an hour from Ft Worth Texas.
This area of the Brazos River where we offer our Brazos River Catfish Fishing Trips and Brazos River White Bass Fishing Trips is a very scenic area of the Brazos River and has good fishing for Blue Catfish, Channel Catfish and Flathead Catfish as well as seasonal White Bass fishing on the Brazos River. The Tin Top Texas area of the Brazos River is a very deep and wide portion of the river known mostly by local fisherman and skiers.
We offer rod and reel fishing trips on the Brazos River for Blue Catfish and Channel Catfish as well as Flathead Catfish and White Bass (Sandbass). In addition to rod and reel guided fishing trips on the Brazos River we also offer Trophy Flathead Catfish Fishing trips on The Brazos River during the months of June, July and August as well as Jug Fishing Trips for Catfish and Setline Fishing Trips for Catfish on the Brazos River. We release all River Catfish over 10 lbs after takoing photographs but if you want to keep an fish under 10 lbs for Table Fare you're welcome to do so.
The Tin Top Texas Boat Ramp on the Brazos River where we offer our catfish fishing trips is just south of Weatherford Texas and is about a 45 minute drive from Fort Worth Texas.
Brazos River Guided Fishing trips with North Texas Catfish Guide Service are available during June, July August and September for Flathead Catfish, Blue Catfish and Channel Catfish. White Bass (Sandbass) guided fishing trips for White Bass (Sandbass) are available on a limited basis during the Winter and Early Spring.

TIN TOP, TEXAS (Parker County). Tin Top, a farming community on Farm Road 2580 nine miles south of Weatherford in south central Parker County, was settled in the mid-1880s. It was first called Smith after an early settler, and later, Irby, after local rancher Benjamin F. Irby. The name Tin Top derived from a cotton gin built there in 1909; it had a galvanized-metal roof that could be seen for miles. The community lay dormant until 1949, when its few scattered residents combined with those of nearby Balch, Horse Shoe Bend, and Hightower under the name Tin Top; they built a community center and reestablished churches. From 1980 through 1990 the community reported a population of twenty-five. The Tin Top Suspension Bridge, which spans the Brazos River, is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
